The CSRT-4 has an EXTREMELY restrictive stock downpipe, I baselined on a dynojet with 287 whp. With an Exhaust Depot Downpipe I pulled 303 whp on the same day and identical conditions. With a good tune to lean out the AFR's which are set extremely rich, a set of larger injectors and an upping of the boost with a manual boost controller, 340whp is more than just a possibility. All I can say to you V-8 guys is welcome to my world, the world of turbocharging. I remember when I could gain 25-30whp with a $10 spring from home depot with my NSRT. You don't a whole lot of $$$ to make power with these little bastards.

@gtcs2717Getting a tune can gain 20-50HP to the wheels depending on a couple of things. And that's for a stock NSRT-4. Again, a Tune can mean a hell of a lot, or as little as leaning out the A/F ratios.

The CSRT has a 34 lb/min compressor in a large TD04 housing. StreetStalker the AEM FIC is a Fuel Ignition Controller, this is the only way to get past the MAP and TIP correlation trouble codes. I don't have turbo lag so much as E-throttle delay and restrictive IC and terrible stock WGA arm design. The modified NSRT WGA should solve quite a few issues.

ohh my bad when you listed mods I thought FIC meant front mount intercooler my mistake good luck with the wga I've been hearing the crt-4's throw alot of over boost codes and one question what turbo does your car come with I've heard alot of different answeres because i know it's way superior to the neon srt-4 stock turbo

07STANG that Jeep would wipe the floor with your wannabe "performance" vehicle. Shoot even a Cobalt SS supercharged would make you look silly, let alone the new turbo version. Why do the "mullets" make themselves look so foolish on such a frequent basis. Idiots like yourself are what give a majority of Mustang owners a bad name.

StreetStalker, I am running the stock IC. The stock IC sucks, heatsoaks to +40-50 degrees above ambient temp in one WOT pass. The only reason injectors are needed is Mopar cheaped out and stiffed us with 475cc@70psi injectors stock.Again I have lots left on the stock turbo, I'll be adding a modified WGA this weekend and tweaking the tune.
