Why Do these people who so-called "HATE THE NEON" be the FIRST to Watch and comment on the video? If u hate the Srt4 SOOOOOO BAD... then why are u watching the clip?

Hay thats a nice clean little car, some of the srt-4's are very fast, i find myself always checking the videos on the srt-4's for a couple reasons. Some of the guys around my city have them running high 11's without spending a fortune to do it. The other because they are the underdog! One way to keep your thread nice and clean is to acutally post the dyno results, if you claim it show it. Thank you for spending the time to make the vid!

stock dyno number on a srt are 230 hp and about 250 tqe. and as for 500 hp. anything can make those numbers in the automotive world. all u need is money.

sounds like a bunch of haters to me this car was at nopi nationals last weekend and dynoed 501 HP it came in second to a track honda it had 508 HP

NEON SUCKS!! its around 230hp

For the idiot who said 40psi was stupid, stock motor runs about 230hp, less at the wheels, at 14psi, so to be making 540hp at the motor would take 32psi, given the added heat and natural inefficiency of a motor 40psi is not actually too far off. This is all assuming your using the stock induction, cam etc. more power could be made with less boost using other mods, but boost in the 38# range is not unheard of in 4 cylinder turbo motors running in the 9 second range, hell diesel race truck run over 130psi of boost. Damn people need to calm down with the flaming too.
