I post as cobra-info on SVT forums. As a former owner of an 03 Cobra I raced a C5 Z06 lots of times (close friend of mine had one) it bieng completely sock. My 03 Cobra was pullied 2.76 & K&N, tune by hpp racing, x-pipe no cats borla stinger cat back making 455 rwhp & 466 rwtq racing from a roll 40,50,60 I could never beat him. From a stand still on dr's I could beat him to 100mph..... But to pull on him from a roll I had to go with a segimeyer ported blower & all the supporting mods making 518 rwhp & 552 rwtq only then could I pull on him pretty good from a roll but never before that.

i wasnt making 477 if you read the post and that was the first time i banged some gears in 7 months so yea prob needed a driver mod too!

i think your a dork! he prob has a vortech non-aftercooled i made 405 without an aftercooler without heads and cams i dont have a gt but you can assume what you want!

I have not only been in those C5 Z06's, I used to sell them new and I know the full capability of them. That said Either the guy in the Mustang is lying about the boost he's running and rear wheel horsepower numbers, or he just cant drive. Even with an extra 400 to 500 pounds a Mustang putting those numbers to the rear wheels should eat a stock ( minus fliter change ) Z06 all day.
