no the helicopter was too high for the rotorwash to have an effect on the car. it just looks like he was lower due to the camera being zoomed

Marc Surer did survive but was v.badly injured. Do you think the camera choppers downdraft might have had something to do with a high speed cars sudden lack of traction?

I feel bad for them. Perhaps Ford should take another look at that car, kinda like the Pinto. >_<
