LS1,LS2, & LS7's are badass, period! That roush is heavier and it's only a stock 4.6l with a Roushcharger on it not a 427ci! (car is called the "427R") Plus depends on the driver,what mods were "really" done to that WS6, etc. I have a 93 LT1 camaro. I tell people I only added a throttle body, headers and flowmaster. But yet I run a 11.5 in the 1/4 mile?! Either way those are two badass cars!

I watched a 2008 Roush 428R beat a modified 06 GTO. Those roushcharged mustangs are fast....stock! I'm glad they are starting to make 400hp+ vehicles now. The new challenger and camaro should be interesting.

That is one beautiful Mustang. I would almost kill for it. Ummm and way too much traffic. Very dangerous and the whole race isn't too credible because of that fact. No way can anyone say that Mustang is slow because is far from the facts. Put them in a 1/4 race and it'll be a good race.

The new Mustangs are sad just like the old one's. Ford should stick to making tractors, they are ok.

Way to much traffic to be racing there! Looks like another slow a*s rustang got outrun by a LS1. Just like a ford, 5 years newer and still can't keep up, & even with 427 hp!! Close racing, but the LS1 pulled him EVERY time. Maybe he needs a blower to stay with a N/A GM car!

a 427hp car should be 370rwhp at least

Actually its because the 427hp that the roush is rated at is actually 427 CRANK horsepower. It also has heavy a*s 20" chrome rims that dont help, so yeah it seems logical that it would be a good d**n race like it was.
