It doesn't matter what anybody says in here, The facts are that rotarys aren't reliable. At the end of the day you'll be rebuilding your rotary and the V8 guys will be chillen. The End '' Thats all folks!!''

enough of fighting over rotary vs v8... i give rotaries their props but i prefer the ls1 and plan on doing one myself... rotary fans keep rebilding your wankles and we'll keep puttin in v8s and we'll just settle our diffrences at the track... i'm not saying rotaries are bad, i'm just saying they are less reliable and we understand v8s better and can actually work on one at our house whereas not very many people know much about the rotaries... take your own route on which motor u want to go with and line em up and run what you brung

I AGREE... I walk LS1s and LZ1/2s on a daily basis. I am running 23 PSI with an HKS GT3240R Turbo, and stock ports.. You can make a non ported rotary super reliable with an extremely good tune and good apex seals. I use RotaryAviation Apex seals and they never have broken inside any engine that uses those seals. I highly reccomend them.

tip of the hat to all the people that said the rotary is better. wag of the finger to all the people that said v8 is better. why would you want to be like everyone else who thinks that a sports car isnt a sports car unless it has a big v8 to haul around fat americans. id rather be different and have a nice rotary. I should go back in time and kick your mom in the stomach

THATS A NICE COMBO,ROTORY CAN LAST LONG BUT ONLY IF TUNNED RIGHT.V8'S ARE'NT AS DELICATE,I HAD CYCLONE ECLIPSE GSX PUTTING 387 TO THE WHEELS ON A STOCK SHORT BLOCK.IT HAD A VERY STRONG MOTOR NEVER BLEW IN 3 YEARS OF BEATING.THE 4G63T RUNS HARD BUT THE CARS ALWAYS HAVE SOME ANNOYING GLITCHES,BENT CHASIS,BATTERY DRAIN,TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS,SHIFTING.V8S CAN HANDLE THAT RANGE OF POWER WITHOUT A BREATH.WELL CONGRATS ON THAT PROJECT.......
