you beat a crap driver,that's pretty much it.nobody is saying ls1 cars are slow,the cobra is just a faster car.two of my friends have had ls1 cars one ran a 13.0 at 110 stock.they don't get much faster than that.a normal time for a cobra is like a 12.8 at 112.box stock cobra have went 12.6 at 114,12.4 with the spare,jack,and other things removed.ls1's have gone 12.8,12.7 with similar actions.the mach 1 even cracked 12's bone stock a few times

LS1's don't need forced induction or spray to run mid 12's, that's cute! I'm not braggin about anything. You guys are just trying to tell me that I'm wrong about what I've seen and done. LS1's came in many versions, some had different cams, some came with LS6 intake stock...b4 you come in here talkin, go do some research. Oh and the Cobra's I've beat were from a roll! So all Ford really has after all the years of Mustang's is the 03-04 Cobra's and Mach 1's everything else is just an embarrassment. You guys have a lot to brag about! lol

ford doesn't need a blower to compete the mach1 one has 320hp.just because you beat one doesn't mean the cobra driver wasn't a tool.i've seen z06's run 13's,big deal

the record for a ls1 is like a 12.8x,that's in a stripper z28.a 12.8 is a average for a cobra.a mach 1 is slightly slower than a ls1,not enough for th ls1 to brag about though.

the cobra you seen is a 12.5 car stock...your t/a isnt goin to beat one unless its blown or spraying..The mach 1 will take out a LS1 so no they dont need a blower to beat one..

I've seen LS1's run high 12's stock, and that's all the Cobra is rated at. And I know my T/A will beat one, so I guess I'm out of my mind! Just keep in mind they need a blower to to preform like an LS1. Nothing more needs to be said. To tell you the truth, for how much hp they're making they should be mid 12's, but it is a Ford.

you seriously think that a stock camaro will beat a cobra? your out of your mind buddy. maybe with tons of weight reduction and some sticky tire but not stock trim cars the cobra will win every time.
