i know the GSX SHOULD have beaten us, but even with a crappy driver, the GSX has AWD and over 200hp... even if he sucks the car should have been able to beat the tC right? but i guess not. and the Greddy exhaust no-offense probably sucks compared to this one. this muffler was HAND-BUILT and SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO INCREASE BOTTOM-END POWER...

This has got to be the lamest video and argument i have ever seen. The driver of that GSX has no idea how to drive, Even if you were faster then him he should have beat you by about 2-3 cars from the launch just because of AWD. I know a guy that has an 06 scion with a k&n filter and greddy exhaust system and i beat him by like 2-3 bus lenghts from 0-100 or in a 1/4 mile and that was when my 96 GSX was COMPLETELY stock.. Race some non shitty drivers before you brag about a POS Scion.

Obviously im sarcastic about the 160whp, but im pretty sure its got around 155... and im just estimating the whp that it has considering that this tC has taken out things with 170whp like the Type-S... and who cares if the tC uses the camry engine, if the Supra used the Camry engine no1 would say anything about that. and who told me it has great internals? just about every website that says anything about the tC... why am i the one who gives it a bad name, im one of THE ONLY people on this site that are supporting the tC, because i've riden in it! There are only a handful of people on this site that like the tC, and none of them have even probably seen this video yet...

STOP IT! have you done any research on the TC before you posted your ignorant comment? First off how in the hel is the tc supposed to have 160 whp when stock its 162 @ the crank? Do you really think that some cheap mods really gave you 20 WHP? Lemme enlighten you on the subject of modding. First off claiming whp without a graph is just plain stupid and ignorant. Second when I had my TC with AME CAI V2, DC 421 Headers, and TRD exhaust all I could pull was around 158 to the wheels... So what your saying is the tc in this video with less mods can pull better whp??? dude listen to yourself!!! AND THE TC HAS A FREAKIN CAMERY MOTOR!!! the 2AZ-FE is engine code that is used in both the four cylider camery and the scion tc, and who the hel told you it comes with forged internals??? S.T.U.P.I.D. And like I said I used to own a TC and yes they do have some potential but its people like you that gives the car a bad name claiming shet that isnt true...

i just re-read my previous comment about my new video i'm making, and it didnt beat both turbo cars, my bad. it got owned by one of them real bad.

its a B18 LS VTEC swapped Ek civic hatch with 50-shot NOS... yup, just by knowing that we knew we were going to lose, but it was pretty intense race still...

civic gave the tC a 3-car head-start and the tC was still pulling the civic untill third gear and then the hatch hit the spray! ... spray is hecka cheater status... but that lil hatch was fast as FLlCK!

i dont mean to say you suck at driving, im sorry if thats what came out, i just mean that usually i see all these videos of people in tC's that mis-shift or can't launch for their life. i think its because it's a new car and not many people know how to use it yet.

who cares how long you have been driving stick. you can do things all your life and still suck at it... i wonder how long William Hung has been singing, and he still sucks a$$... lol...

and im willing to bet that this tC has around 160whp... and apparently it did beat that car... and it is legit... idk why you people think its not...

but i'll admit that i have heard that the dude is not very good at driving stick, and he obviously doesnt know how to launch. but still though...

im in the middle of making a new video that will show 2 more turbo cars that this tC beat... as a previous tC owner you of all people should know the potential that the tC has... but apparently you don't even think that.... i'll just say it out straight, the tC has so much hidden potential, just because it's a Scion and the last 2 were totally lame, doesn't make the tC lame also. The tC has internals out of the factory that can withstand around 300whp... i dont know many cars that you can buy for 16k that have forged pistons and great internals like the tC does....

you're stupid kid...ive been driving stick since ive been able to reach the pedals. honestly i think your making the TC out to be something its not...really fast. dont get me wrong its a nice looking car and i enjoyed it when i had it but what you are saying makes no logical sense....there is no possible way a car with 150whp TOPS can beat a car with 200 whp the way this one did...just cause its a video does not mean its legit...
