I swapped out the 4.3 for a LQ4 6.0 liter. It was mostly stock. I installed it to get everything working right before building a fully built 5.3 motor to swap out the 6.0L for. I just did the 5.3 swap a couple weeks ago. Hope that clears things up for ya :)

OP, on LS1 Tech, you describe the motor "Ditched the 4.3 for a LQ4", which is a 6 liter. You describe it here as a "built" 5.3. Which one is it?

He pulled the front propshaft because it's a 2WD dyno.
