Well, I have always been a bowtie fan, and have a solid s10 built before, but with this new motor combo, I needed to get a better truck for it. The styling of the dakota has always been appealing to me, so I thought why not, little did I know how much work it was gonna be...plus the 5.9 Dodge motors are crap when compared to an LT1 :D

This is just before we started up the truck, notice the double ECU setup (dodge and chevy) as we spliced into in order to make everything run smoothly. It was bought as a roll-over and it took nearly 2 years to get it to the way it is now. The roof was caved in and the bed was torn off, quite the wreck.
