WRONG< WRONG WRONG!!!! well you almost got it right. good that you at least bore out the guide, but you made me cringe first, when you ran the speed on the cutter too fast, and dry, cant you hear that thing screaming? slow down your speed and feed in slower, and for fuks sake lubricate it! Unless you like dulling out your cutters. Second, to take a air hammer and balst the guide out! holy moly, your raping the guide boss up in the portion where you stopped the cutter, that guide didnt come out to easily, try this, bore out your old guide, take the heads, spray some penetrant on the guide and boss, let it soak in, throw the heads on an oven, heat them up to expand the meatal a bit, then take them and use your drift and tap them out, that way, your guide hole isnt a mess afterward, stroke them with a light hone, measure and size them, then install your new guides. Is love to see how you install the new ones, dont tell me you blast them back in with that mini jackhammer! Throw the heads in the oven, get em real hot, throw the guides in the freezer, put some Heavy oil on both, take the heads out piping hot and quickly tap the new guides in , your will see the oil cooking out from around the guide boosss, throw them back on the heat to let them normalize and then let them air cool, and then proceed with your valve job
