lol nice 1.8L motor good luck getting power from it. Advice swap the motor for a 1g 6bolt same year and scrape the paper wieght, you'll get a few bills from it.

I seriously hope you went with that car because it was cheap and this is a high school project or something. Because you picked about the slowest laser ever built. The 93-94 turbo AWD (4G63T engine) would have been 10000x better choice. vs the FWD neon powered (420a engine)base model.If it is just a learning kind of thing though just toying around then have fun. But I wouldn't seriously try to race that.
