i learned how to build engines in the mid 90's from a italian mechanic-we worked on ferraris porsches lambo-those sorta cars.when we were doing simple procedures like replacing heads with rotted areas i would never take any sorta air tools or power tools anywhere near these cars.nothing works better than a huge pile of fresh razor blades and the patience to scrape the material off properly and thoroughly.now 15 yrs later my friends think im nuts when im that diligent with even cst irons parts but it seems that my engine builds always come out slightly better than i had hoped for.good work john.the videos are great and alos informative

Sounds like you've put a new stone on. The results certainly speak for themselves.

umm john why are people stupid and they take any drill or rotary toll to take off a gasket i think to many people look for the easy way out instead of putting in some elbow grease it keeps you busy great vid as always
