the old gtrs trans would have probs if it was hoghly tuned, thats why they sold beef up kits, sounds like theres a market for aftermarket transmissions for spoiled gtr owners, and maybe even sum 2nd hand r35's with bad trannys

The owners are warned it can only take 'x' amount of launch control launches before grenading, the ones breaking them are retards for doing it. Then again, my tranny can take 1000's of 7k launches without issue.

yup, nissan built a POS and sold it by trying to denigrate an icon in the automotive world and it backfired. Porsche does not have the most LeMans Class wins and overall wins in the last 40 years for no reason. Anyone can build a fast car. Making it reliable fast is a whole other story that Nissan has yet to figure out

The transmission in the GTR sucks!! Many owners are getting royaly f****d because of it.. Too many launchs and the tranny is blown, time to pay up 20 G's for another one. F**k Nissan.

I am not sure I saw anything that says this is a fake but it does look like the GT-R pulled away too fast, HOWEVER, numerous test have already shown that the GT-R is faster then a 911TT.
