everyone assumes they know the top speed of the 350Z because the car mags say it i 155mph. I have had my Z up to 161 before the SPEED LIMITER kicked in. most Zs are good for 160,some a little more. w/o the limiter they will easily head towards the high 170s.

Where did this guy buy his car from? Actually if you buy a 350z from the US then the speedometer only goes up to 160mph. The equivalent kph would be 257km/h. I guess the Euro version might possibly go faster and they just included a higher speedometer limit to match. 280km/h = 173.9mph but yeah, it looks like he maxed out around ~162mph or just a slight amount over that. Close to the 159mph I got my US 2003 model up to.

No my 350Z is no chipped !!

Is it chipped or something? A stock 350Z does about 250km/h /155mp/h.
