Fantastic sound

im a little confused on how custom exhaust works.. i know it makes the cars less noisy and not sound like junk.. but what is the point of the removable silencer? just to cut down on back pressure for better acceleration? or just an option for people that like a different sound..

Hey love the paint, and I mean it.....You want to find the exaust for a 240? Order it from NISMO Japan for the 180 sx.....they have an entire lineup that the American catalouges never see.....Tell me something, the NISMO catalouge you got from the dealer you bought you Spec-V from ( I own the same car) dose it have parts for the R32-34 GTR's in it? Didnt think so.....Like I said NISMO Japan bro.....

It's very old, I was told that there was a 180sx "Sport" package back in the day that it might have been off of. The exhaust has been passed around a lot, I don't have any way to find out who originally imported it or where it came from. :(

i have the NISMO catalogs and I swear theres no NISMO cat-back for the 240sx, unless i'm super blind. I have a s14 and a spec-v sentra so i have all of the nismo catalogs. Where did u gets urs??? it does sounds real good.

Oh really, no Nismo cat-back? I'll get up under that muffler tomorrow and take some pictures of the Nismo tag and markings all over the muffler. All of the welds on the cat-back were factory, as were the pipes. Only the resonator was trashed, so we had to eliminate it with a piece of straight 3" piping.

i own a 240 and NISMO does NOT make a cat back for it. I would love to see where u can get a nismo cat back for a 240. Whatever u have though, it sounds good.
