The ZR-1 is the baddest vett ever made! it kills almost everthing on the road and its just got the sickest sound. Sounds way better than the Lambos and the Ferraries. Its cheap too. they just need to work on the sorry inside. seeing it in real life next to the lambo its just sad:(

No Kidding,, Mustangs competitor is the GTO and the Camaro but NEVER a Vette.... Its a Different and Out of class

Best vette yet no comparing it to other super cars this vette is the real deal whats not to like nothing this car is HOTT cant wait to see it beating up on gt500's vipers and lambos and whatever else trys to beat it!

A GT500 is not in the same class as the ZR1. Kind of like comparing a stock Mustang GT to a stock Honda Civic. Completely different playing field. The ZR1 currently holds the new track record at the nurburgring track for a reason. It is a world class super car contender. That is a title the overweight GT500 will never have. If you want to compare it to a Ford try the Ford GT instead. At least that's more realistic.

BMB,no matter what Ford does,the Mustang will still be a second-class citizen next to the Vette.Viper?? Z06 will kill them,and this new beast,the ZR-1,will eat almost everybody alive.Yes,it's expensive,but so what?? A $70,000 Mustang??? With a live axle??? Give me a break.They're great and all,but voiding any warranty by getting more power out of your engine,no matter who builds it,will not get you to beat the Vette.It's just WAY too heavy(3900 pounds),and not as well engineered,sorry,buddy.Kenne-Bell makes a great car,but they still have trouble catching a "regular" Z06,and they will not,so I don't know what you're saying here.....the Stang is just too heavy,especially up front...live axle,not very slippery,well,you know.The Vette will always be America's sports car,sir,something even Vipers will never achieve...Vettes have been around for too long,give it the proper respect.

A standard Z-51 Vette,with an auto tranny,will go from 0 to 60 in 4.3 secs....the GT500 is just slower,fellas,at 4.7,if that...with 500 HP vs the Z51's 436...it's just too heavy,almost 3800 pounds,guys....Mustangs are great,but the Vette?? That's where it's at,ok??
