the rims on the back are stock.....maybe before they shot this vid.. they were racing, doing donuts, or burnouts.....it has nothing to do with the torque or power in this case

bigger wheels affect the way a car drives and such, thats y so many hondas roll around on 15's, it gives more torque, less power 2 make the wheel spin, etc.
