I don't know. I don't think big chunks come out so if it is coming out as dust or a liquid then it would be fine. A lot of the time a black liquid will come out of the exhaust. I have no clue on the O2's.

I dont know about that stuff. Wouldn't all the crap that was in the motor end up on the cats and O2's?

Seafoam cleans out your injectors and also intake. Carbon buildup and things like that. It basically helps the engine run better for 6 dollars. I think that is what you are talking about.
