Wassup To everybody,
This is Marcus with the Talon. To set somethings str8. In that race, I was on a Stock 7bolt 2.0 with a 30R. I missed my 4th gear, thats why the GN caught up to me. I would normally trap in at 124 and only pull out 118. I now have a 2.4 with the same 30R turbo. My brother is the guy with the 2.4 35R. Yes I do hold the record with the most HP on a 30R. Oh Yea I am a half breed part Domestic/Jap!! LOL

BTW as for "Jap Car" This car is probably more domestic than you Ford made in Mexico or Pontiac made in Canada. For your info, it was actua lly built on our soil in the heart of Normal, Illinois. I've seen that car personally, its a fully built 2.4L 4G63T paired with a GT35R "hair d ryer". Last I've heard hes has the record for most power from that pa rticular turbo. So dont talk if you dont know what your talking about. Als o its not about who won or domestic or imports, we all like things that mo ve fast, wether its pushing a big block pushrod V8 or a high rev turbo 4 b anger. You will never be the greatest or fastest on the road because there is always someone faster. I personaly just respect well built cars.

Geez... If you guys didn't notice and like someone said earlier, the GN dri ver was obviously asleep at the wheel.. The Mits was like about 2 car leng ths ahead by the time the GN even started. Where was the GN near the end of the race and who had the quicker time? That's what I thought. Nice try though.

yea i agree with this guy because if you notice the buick almost has him ou t the back door and that was on a no rev launch and a late light

Looks like your "boy" just got lucky and the driver of the Buick was asleep at the light. You see who had the quickest time:)
