Hooray for 7.5 inch! I had 4.10 PTP's, Moser 28-spline hardened axles and Torsion Locker Posi put in mine. They howl like a sob but the factory ones did too, don't know what to make of that, but will be getting them checked out.Props for using what u had, I've seen 10 bolts take some abuse.

that still seems like to much movement, that seems like 10 thousandth and it should be around 4-5 thousandth

the only reason the 10 bolts grenade is because people don't set the backlash right, they set them to loose and they skip a tooth one time and thats why they grenade.

umm.... arn't you supposed to check the backlash with the main caps torqued to spec.......? oh and just by the sound and the physical movement of the carrier that shit is waaaaaaaaay too loose that sounds like .020-.025.thats prob why its howling. but hey shit ill buff out! after all they will just machine their own pattern!lmao
