i have a scion tc 06, with injen CAI,dc headers, hks exhaust and apex-i air /fuel controller, i'm pushing 172 whp and 158 lb/tq dyno tested, not a bi g deal but a good improvement without forced induction (turbo & s/c) a friend of mine has a 1999 civic si with the same exact mods, but differen t brands apex-i N1 cat back exhaust, aem CAI, neuspeed headers and same ap ex-i air/fuel controler... he has not dynoed the car, but when we take it to the street the tc pulls slightly more, so i'm guessing the torque band on the tc is higher than the civic... so honestly, i doubt that was a supe rcharged tc and if it was....then u had a lot more than just the mods you mentioned.
