Props to racing the Cuda but you're badly underestimating them. The 70-71 Cudas with the 42=6 would run low-mid 13's bone stock with tires from the 70's. Put todays' tires on them and give'em a good tune-up and they pull mid 12's easy. In fact, LOTS of muscle cars from the late 60s/early 70s were running 13's... the Chevelle SS and Hemi Cuda were the fastest among them (stock that is).

I have full exhaust and go through the traps in 3rd w/4.30's. I also have some little boltons such as pulleys and CAI.

Non race built Cuda? I hope your not talking about a stock Cuda from the 70's. Those ran 14's with the crappy rubber they had. I'll give them 13's with todays rubber. I run mid twelves with 4 bolt ons and 281 cubic inches. The rest of the car is stock. My best 1/4 is 12.44 at New York International Raceway. I am a man. I just don't feel like driving the 45 minutes one-way to run the 1/4. What are you?

My 97 Cobra in the 1/8 mile. 8.38 @85 and a 1.74 60FT. I lost the race to a built cuda with a storked 383 and aluminum heads. Dont mind the little kid saying "oh yeah".
