It definitely is cammed...Its not the biggest cam but it IS cammed. Look a t my other video of the walkaround of my car and you'll hear the cam...

I also have a 1981 Camaro Z28 thats a cammed 355. I'll make a video of it when its pulled out of storage after the winter.

header leaks suck...i used to double gasket but have gone to the new copper or aluminum gasket.

Thanks man.

The 'knocking' sound is actually an exhaust leak. The He ader gaskets are blown on the drivers side on both the collector and the h ead side.
