I just love all the Evo's around that like to race me from 0-30mph then let off grinning like they won the race. pathetic. true, w/300+ whp you cannot beat a 4wd vehicle off the line w/o major suspension mods. they're just smart enough to know when to let off on the street. ;-)

I went 13.1 @ 104 in my '05 Evo stock. For reference to your post above, the RS version has full interior and A/C.

no it cant. ive seen stock GT's run 13.6@103. the fastest stock evo ive seen at the track was a 14.0. 220AWHP with 3300 lb just doesnt get it done. i have a GTP and non intercooled i wasted a stock evo from a roll. then i got an I/C and raced my friends STOCK LS1 GTO and he pulls me past 120. therefore he would waste a stock evo, now give his car another 50 more hp like the ls2 and a evo would need a shitload of work to keep up.

See that my domestic friends is what we call AWD. Maybe one day u guys will stop makin shi t and put some engineering into your cars. Although the GTO is one of my favorite domestics and could beat the evo on the strip with a good driver the Mustang GT is just a waste of money. EVO could blow away the Rustang with half the cylinders.

too bad that 12.9 was a EVO RS. i dont think those have door panels, power anything, ac, or even a radio. my friends stock WS6 ran a 12.84 with a radio, heated leather, oh and an interior too. and yes a stock 05 GTO will murder an evo with the right driver, especially from a roll. evos from roll=crap.
