Not my video guys, just thought id post it up as it was helpful and very informative.

that video was tight it looked so easy when i know it isnt.

4.6+Performance Cams=Badass

What brand valve spring compressor did you use? I've ued the autozone ones on 4.6 heads with little luck, the C clamp style worked better but was still a bi+ch, and obviosuly you have to have the heads off for that one.
