My prelude was killed because someone was going fast up a hill around a corner (reaching for a cigarette according to him) Guess i shoulda seen him on the other side of that hill? Oh well dsm power. That sucks for that man tho, f**k he may have gotten f****d up.

There is NO excuse for turning left in front of someone - even if they are speeding - and no matter what destractions may be on the side of the road. That move should cost the driver of the van.
