most of the videos like this one are filmed on open track, so there is no o fficial racing going on, so there are no racing rules applying just common respect and safety measures

Excellent video! I really want to take some driving classes so that I may s omeday drive "The Ring". A few questions though. If the Mosler e ventually happened upon another car that was very in lap speed(like within and half second of the Moslers' lap time) would that car be forced to let the Mosler pass, or would the Mosler have to settle for waiting for a pas sing opportunity? Also, is there a penalty on open track days like that, f or not letting a faster car pass you?
