Sorry it was closer to 175-180ish. I figured it out with gearing and tire size. The 165 is when it stoppD pullN, and I looked down, it was buried. The tach hit 6450rpm in 5th gear, maxD wouldn't go any faster, needs another gear. 180-190 is obtainible!!! GeT OUT of My WaY!! Sucker!! :)
