mclaren car, ferrari sound...too vicious

omg spoilers were invented for fast cars. if they were just for looks they wouldn't have been invented. last time i checked mclaren f1 is a pretty fast car.

The Veyron was built for bragging rights; the F1 was built to have no compr omises.

BTW, only 740 hp is needed for the Mclaren to beat the Veyron. I bet that they could do it, since the LM already has 680/690

Who cares about the Veyron, anybody can just slap on some turbos and call i t a go! Look at Williams' turbo f1 history, yes it would be relatively ea sy to turbo a McLaren with that experience. Would anyone want to do it, N O. It ruins the throttle response (they say the veyron has initial turbo lag) and would be hideous on a track. Yeah, I'm not sure about everyone's specs on the LM. The roadcar is 11.1 @ 138 on the quarter. And takes 28 seconds to 200 mph. But the LM has more downforce, larger tires, grippie r tires, (but without the active aerodynamics fan) but with much less weig ht, and much lower. I really don't understand why acceleration is "s lower" than the roadcar. Seems to me, only one actual test was made, so I'd say that we just say it is fast. And yeah, if you want straightli ne speed, just take a roadcar, beef up the suspension for race, and slap a turbo on.
