MAKING MY MUSTANG 5 SPEED.
When i was 17 i got my brothers mustang a 1988 lx 5.0 which needed some work. While he still had it he rebulit the rear and added an Auburn differential, some 3.73 gears and a aluminum driveshaft. I had to do a bunch of stuff to get it running again new power steering pump, rack, etc... Once i got it on the road i added some flowmasters, underdrive pullys, an intake, and removed the smog pump. But what i hated was it was auto so i decided to make it 5 speed:) I got a great deal from a local guy even down to the bolts. Also came with a king cobra clutch and the B&M ripper short throw shifter. Before i had to get ride of it i added a bigger fuel pump, an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and advanced the timming a few degrees. It was just such a fun car at 17!!!
