Yeah, sure u can turbo it, but OMG, the Mclaren is around 2500 lbs u idiot! yeah, sorry 3100 lbs, lol. why would u want to? If the car wasn't desi gned for straight line speed? And, this is a banked corner. This, a stoc k car, is as fast as a NASCAR, pretty much on the banked corners. WOW. I magine, a road going mclaren with racing suspension and uprated (to 740 hp ) lm engine (it would be much faster than LM in straight with much less d rag and with the active fan underneath). That would CRUSH the Bugatti.

The McLaren would only need 750HP to beat a Buggati. The McLaren weighs aro und 3100pounds while the buggati weighs around 4000pounds

That time for the SSC came from a wind tunnel "estimate" / test a nd not an actual track test. In my opinion that really doesn't count - we don't drive in wind tunnels, do we? Track conditions, tires, heat, cross winds, etc, can all affect a cars top speed ability. Wind tunnel estimate s are good while engineering a car but don't represent real world performa nce.
