No theres a huge dif from 6to8 the V6 runs the 1/4 in 14.4sec@98mph and the V8 does it in 12.9@110mph both are faster than their mustang competition.

I dont see why everyone if hating. Chevy wont admit it but the did 1/4 mile tests on the ss an the v6 one, and the v6 one was a mere .2 .3 or so slower... And costs much less than the ss. I dont like them though they made them to bulky just like every other car company is doing. just my opinion

Yeah this car isn't a V-8 but it WILL take out any 4.6 with cat back exhaust. honestly a 2010 v6 camaro beat my 350 the other day, and i take out 4.6's all the time.

That's funny SVT.. someone of my stature, when you own one of the slowest it not slowest Cobra model ever produced. Don't be mad that this little V6 can keep up with your Cobra, it's okay.. and as far as rice, nice opening video you have on your profile.. you must like rice, because that exhaust note sure sounded like "rice" to me.

Love the "Hate". V6's is what has kept the Mustang alive. (I had a 12 second V6 Mustang). My stock V6 Camaro is rated 14.4 in the 1/4 and 29 MPG on the highway. I've gone 14.62 but corrected for sea level it would be 14.3. Look at the old big V8s you so fondly remember and most were in the 15 to 17 second range! LOL!
