Lingenfelter was smart that TT vette had 2.73 final drive gears so that it could gain some traction that way. Also has a good side benefit of gas mileage. If I remember the article correctly I think first went to 50mph 2nd went to 100mph thats just crazy and really can be driven on the street.

If you want over 750 rwhp you'll have to break the motor open. 6 psi is safe on C5's should get you 530-540 hp at the wheels.
