my daily driver is a 00 grand prix GT with very few mods Im running low 14s and gettin over 30mpg hwy and over 20mpg hwy and smackin around mustang GT's lol oh and I still have the supra for all you slowbra's.....dont sleep on the grand prix GT its only fault is that its FWD but if u want good gas mileage in a nice car that isnt dirt slow its the perfect car and I love the way they look maybe the 4 door looks kinda granny but the coup get compliments everyday

These blown Grand Prix's are ugly and will never be anyone's dream car, but you sure can make a killer sleeper.

Yea, it spins from any roll in 1st gear and the bottom of 2nd, considering it will downshift into 1st at 42mph and lower, going from a 50 roll ensures it doesn't catch 1st gear. If you couldn't see from the dig race, it spins all the way through first (which shifts to 2nd at 46mph)... Not saying its anything spectacular, just thats the reason for the 50 roll.

OneSloGtp: You are correct they make an SS kit for GT's, but you are incorrect if you think thats whats on the car. If you read the mod list/and or look under the hood of the car in the vid you can clearly see its not. It has a Stage 2 I/C which isn't compatible with an SS kit, it has L67 fuel rails, which don't work with the SS kit, and it has a 2.9 pulley, the smallest SS pulley they make is a 3.25. Also what did your regal trap with your Turbo kit....oh yeah thats right only 1mph higher than my M90 car trapped (i went 112.8 and according to cgp u went 113.8)....yet I'm not a stock 230k mile bottom end and have WAY less $ invested in mods. Your turbo kit cost more than all my mods combined, so while i agree they are nice, not worth the $ for me. And the whole point of the Grand Prix is that it looks like a grandma car. Nobody expects it. That and its quiet and comfortable to drive, and insurance is cheap, and it gets decent gas mileage too!

Looks like you need a turbo man! Screw that M90!!! They dont put out that much power, my GTP only made 314 on a L67 bottom end and a similar setup and my Regal makes 400+ with the CT turbo kit!!! Dropped the block off today for my forged bottom end and ill be shooting for 500+whp on the new setup and looking for 10's in the 1/4!

obviously you dont know what your talking about....there is a SS supercharger kit for the cars that puts the M90 from the GTP's onto the GT! And that was a GT500.....do a little research before you open your mouth dumba$$
