Hey obzidian, 126mph in the 1\4 for a stock Z06? never... The Fastest run by any mag in a stock C6 Z06 was 11.7 at 125 mph the slowest was 12.1 at 118 mph...... Most very good drivers are averaging 11.9 at 121 in their C6Z06's unless you live on the east coast where the weather\low alt kinda gives cars a pwr boost equal to 50-60 hp.....

nasty. it depends on the car. have you ever seen a video on here where the gtr wins a moving race against a z06? no and you wont so long as the driver is decent. z06 is a better car. and turning off the vdc and turning on LC on a gtr voids your 20k dollar tranny warranty...vette..it'll launch all day long with good driver and tires..not a geeks car. it takes skill to drive.

and its been proven the the gtr has more hp than what nissan said it had. the gtr is around 520 hp not 480...

Stock Ws6 with a 150shot, only? Lets put it this way.... not my Z06. Thats about 450rwhp vs my 465rwhp... I have a weight advantage... not going to happen. Now a H/C car with a 150 (termin8r) has raced one and it was damn close. A silver as well.BamBam: Well, I can only say is that those Z06's have no idea how to drive. I haven't lost to a GTR and two have been modded. My buddy in a leman's blue raced a 560awhp GTR and they were even. Hell, an HKS turo'd GTR went 126mph... right around stock c6 Z06 territory.

poobank-AHR has a gear set upgrade. Im not sure the amount of labor involved in installing them in this new style transdiffmission that the GTRs have, but it is said to be bullet proof(i have no clue realy tho). Launch with no fear is what they say. Also, I have beat the only two stock Z06 vettes I've raced, I doubt that out of all the other gtrs that I got the "ringer". Fox-you are right the Z06 feels hella fast and the GTR feel a more neutral.
