I get 25mpg if I keep my foot out of it. Since this video I have added a T76 myself to keep up with those single pwrd rotaries.

what a bunch of kickass cars. I'd love to experience the lateral g's from that LS1 FD. It's really the cheapest swap alternative to my personal favorite 3 Rotor. Plus, I bet that LS1 gets excellent MPG in such a light chassis.

You'd get the same outcome if that FD w/ the stock twins was racing a single turbo FD. The only difference is the single would have pulled even harder on the TT FD then that LS1 did.
Keep the LS1's in the ugly shells.

i hope this shows you AMERICANCARSARESLOW that all those things you used to say about stock rx-7s could out run stock LS1s in FD is so wrong... that LS1 didn't just win, it was pullin hard...

a swap kit that includes about evrything you need for the swap will run you just over 2000 and a ls1 can be picked up used for less than 3000

Rotaries are great engines but dont fool yourselves, a Chevy LS1 is cheaper, more reliable, easier to work on, and can make more power overall. Stock for stock its no contest, LS1 all the way.

The ls1 was 350whp with some free mods, with a cam, not installed during the video, it is over 400.
