Sorry but the SSQV squeaks... not flutters. That is compressor surge. Just punch SSQV into youtube or streetfire and you'll hear what it's SUPPOSED to sound like.

nah man, its supposed to do that, its a HKS SSQV, it flutters. it sounds weird cuz it is recirculated. ;) no surge at all.

he fixed his mounts, too. solid FTW!

Uh, something wrong with your blow off valve... you have WAY too much compressor surge...
