my personal oppinion is if its fast good but come on we all know that damn vette has a good bit of pony under the hood im a ford person myself! But the civic is a good car to do import projects and can be very speedy of course they will never be as fast as a v8 but i guess i have to give them props for trying there lil 4cyl hearts out lol! Still wouldnt take one for my v8 any day! But i wouldnt mind doing a project on one!

If your going to spend money on a car, make sure its one that was built to be fast, not an econo box :-) Bow down before the superior american product

yup the k20a IS THE BEST! im obviously a honda guy... but damn..... the hatch does sound kinda bad..... and not in a good way... but yeah the k20a is fast! and to all those haters saying haha the k20a still got spanked by the z06! ignorant people! i wonder if their personal cars would be able to keep up with the z06 beast!... i doubt it. i know my car is no where near as fast as a z06! oh and to the guy that said the best sounding 4 cylinder is an srt-4..... are you serious!? i like srt-4s(my brother has one) but it sounds nasty! like lightning.... the best sounding four cylinder is a subaru wrx sti! im not saying the sti is the fastest.. but it sounds awesome!

Actually you are wrong it has pop up headlights which means at newest its a n 04 Z06 which means it has 405hp. I've been a pretty hardcore domestic g uy for awhile but I'm getting a huge respect for these K20 swapped hatches and other motor swapped hatches. Props to the guy with the hatch.

Z06 is 505hp not 405...and in response to the very first comment on the pag e.........Mr. Seabiscuit, I think you are a little out of line calling a car oops I mean Honda that hangs with Z06's pretty well a "ricer" ; I don't think you understand that this stock car runs high 11's and has proven to run 10's with just slicks! Z06 beats a Gallardo on the straigh ts does that make the Gallardo a waste of money? Eh they're both stock any ways. A K-series swap can run 8k if you pay for it to have done. If you have the equipment to do it yourself it can be done for about 5...do about 1-2k for a shell, plus 5k plus let's say 3k in parts needed and maintence ....so a $10,000 worth Honda...that impress's the h**l out of Supercars on the straights...would be well worth it too me.... Please ler's not be ign orant here. And like I have said before go to the track and see what even bigger pieces of s**t Hondas are running with that motor.... 11.80s out o f a full interior CRX K20A...trapped at 127mph... that's a fast a*s Honda and can be done without spending 60-70k. Because that's all you care abou t apparently...ah well all that time spent on the car and money. The way I see it if somebody wants to spend their time on their car then why can't they... just because their little Honda couldn't beat a Z06 your gunna ca ll it rice??? I bet that hatch had stock head and stock block as well. T he 11.80 CRX did...H ran at MIR at Import vs/ DOmestic in 2006....

price diif between cobra and vetee also the 2000 cobra r could out do a vet te and its n/a and .2 liters smaller. And best sounding 4 cyl ever??? Soun ded like a weedwhacker on nitrous. A srt-4 is 1 of the best soundin 4 cyl out there.
