if you actually listen to the video you can tell the pedal did stick but dude just didnt react in time... after he had already lost it and was about to hit the rover is when you can hear him press the clutch and since the pedal is stuck it pops the rev limiter

what's his lesson? that they had a recall on the gas pedal sticking?
