an come on people comparing a H1 to a jeep... how much does and H1 cost? most of these jeeps on here cost like $5000 or less

now if only they would bring the diesel wrangler to north america!!

at 2:35 thats a great sight.....an xj pulling a hummer out of a problem.

the hum-v is the only true hummer. everything else is just an oversized and overpriced tahoe. if you want an offroad vehicle that will go on forever and you wont be afraid to beat around a bit jeep is the way to go. you can get a '98 cherokee for under 6 grand. and they are more cabable offroad stock then anything will be. just my 2 cents

I love how that little jeep went up the smooth side of that pic. also that is not a hummer H2 that is white (after the limo h2) it's an H1 tour/site seeing model, way to heavy for climbing duty. Give me my military Hummv <(properly called), and I'll out run, climb, forjd anything. Civilans do not know how to drive these things (H1's, the real hummer). The limo hummer is an h2 and so are all the rest of the hummers. H2 and H3 are just rebodied chevy/GMC trucks, worthless over priced garbage. A reall H1 will get through anything, I drove them all over the world in all kinds of conditions in the military in the 80's

oh man i used to love jeeps but now they got rid of solid front axles and the straight six im going to have to go with hummer on this one way to sell out jeep
