Not sure what you're asking but an "easy out" is a tool used to remove broken bolts. It kinda looks like a reverse threaded drill bit. You simply drill a whole in the middle of the broken bolt and then thread the easy out into it and keep turning until it comes out. But being a large diameter bolt such as the crank pulley bolt, you may just have to have it drilled out and rethreaded.

So any one there that has "Easy out-ted" that pulley bolt? my bolt broke off, it sets about a a quarter of an inch inside.
I know I am just a girl, but that whole "easy out", sounds like a play on words.. But I will take suggestions or tips anyone of you guys have to give to me.......

So basically, you're saying that people should remove it the RIGHT way. The same method told in every manual ever printed and by far the easiest way.....using the right tool for the job. No body on this forum will ever figure this one out,lol.
