with an auto tranny, slicks, & spray you'll think the hornet would have annialated the supra but it didn't. that means that hornet is too slow. the supra has a 6 speed and was on drag radials and spinning 1st & 2nd gear and kept up and it wasn't at full boost way to go Jamie(Top End supra)

c'mon man it was only at 34psi man plus he was also spinning the tires 1st and 2nd gear. That's jamie carter's supra which can be turned up to 40+psi. sorry to burst your bubble but the truth is the truth!!!!

You gotta draw a finish line, yea the hornet was fast and it's a car that is gonna win the 1/4 mile, the supra may have more top end but drag racing is who gets to the finish line first. Yea supras have tons of top end and i love the car but what mph are you racing to 200??? I mean you gotta start and end at a point. It's like a super car such as the bugutti veyron a car that does 249 mph, if its racing a car for 2 miles it might catch a car that tops out at 203. I would agree that the supra probably would have pulled the hornet in a longer race but the finish line was at the camera and the hornet was at rev limit. Most people race from rolls its a fair way to start if there isn't wheel spin, yea that supra was spinning down low, but once it hooked it didn't seem to b catch it, it looked to stay pretty even about 2 cars back at the finish. Both are sweet cars. Just to see to horsepower freaks like that is sweet.

uhh no. thats just an illusion of when the sound goes past you, it gets quiter giving that false assumption of the engine letting off. samething with sirens passing by.
