Hate to make you look like an ass cowboy, but don't talk about delsol's if you really have no clue. The si comes with a D16 engine, the VTEC model comes with the B16, which makes 160 hp, not 140.

MY 07 cbr 600rr stock hits 165 but when power commander,full exhaust, new clutch and intake i hang with liter bikes up to 170 then im done.....next uprade is turbo!!!

to the rest of the posts below... the delslo sux besides the si model which has a B16 VTEC not VTAK or VETECH it only pushes 140hp MAX the cbr does 11sec 1/4 and the delslo might pull a 15.... thats stock for stock put the same money in both and any sports bike will pull on any car... its lighter power to wieght ration and gearing is what makes it faster.... just something to think about

not really 600's are not that fast, before when i had a intake, and cat bac k exhaust, i was able to hang behind a honda cbr 600 from 120 to 190, then he pulled away

A cbr600 nor any 600 will do 190. H**l a litre bike will barely do it if even 190's stock... Stop bullcrappin. They do roughl y 260-70+kmh real speed what like 160mph? Around 280 indicated on a biiig stretch usually, take a while to get there.

not really 600's are not that fast, before when i had a intake, and cat back exhaust, i was able to hang behind a honda cbr 600 from 120 to 190, then he pulled away, and it was only a 1.5 ltr non-vtec. so i imagine del sol, which have two cams, and vtec, and if turbo also to help them move than most likely this car should have smoked the 600, anyways we can argue, but the chick still won out, dollar to speed, she probably spent 10,000 for a 12 to 10 sec bike, and the guy in the car three times as much.

PISSONYOU: do i know you? or do you know me personally? i wouldn't say m y car is a "bea down POS" yes, the body isn't in great shape, b ut it still looks pretty decent, and is built with the right parts. a s for the race, YES she was winding out every gear. the races you see are the closer ones, after we had raced a couple times. the first couple tim es, she doubted my car, and didn't try as hard, and i instantly had multip le car lengths on the bike
