Heading out west about 7 hours drive into central Queensland for a camping trip. After sitting on this dead straight stretch of road for about 10 minutes I decided to wind it up a bit, while still keeping a look out for kangaroos.
About half an hour after this vid I missed a big red kangaroo by about 2 feet. I swerved into the incoming lane and it jumped in that direction just as I flew by. The dangers of night driving.
