This is the new HKS. It isn't adjustable. I'm still on the factory engine, no mods to the engine. Sure, I'll use a synchronic BOV if you give me one.

BOOST IS OVERIDING THE SRING PRESSURE OF THE BOV . IS THE BOV ADJUSTABLE? IF SO TIGHTEN IT JUST A LITTLE BIT. IF YOU ARE STILL AT NORMAL COMPRESSION VACUUM WILL STILL BE CAPABLE OF RELEASING THE VALVE . IF THAT DOESNT HELP THE WASTEGATE PRESSURE IS SET TOO HIGH .

I'm using the HKS because it is closed at idle. That is important since I'm using a draw-thru MAF system. I thought it might have just been flutter, but when it chatters like that I can't feel air coming out of the HKS.

With out a long explination, don't worry about that noise. It's not compressor surge, and it's not bad for the turbo. Also, get rid of that HKS blow off valve. They are crap and only good at making stupid noise (unless that's all you want to do).
ok so what am i lookin at...?
