What a pile of crap.

This isn't a Civic.. it is some kind of DSM. All DSMs make that purr sound at idle and the motor sounds exactly like a DSM. A boosted civic sounds WAY different that that. Also it's in KM/H and when your tires are spinning, especially on older cars, your speedo jumps up even if you aren't moving. It's calibrated differently than newer cars. Pretty much everyone on this website dosen't know what they are talking about.

FOR THOSE OF YOU IDIOTS WHO DON'T KNOW, SOME STUPID ASS MECHANIC HAD THIS CAR ON THE LIFT AND DECIDED TO PUT IT 5TH GEAR AND DUMP THE CLUTCH. i have no idea who made this video but this is the saddest most pathetic thing i have ever seen. oh, and btw i have a snow mobile that could smoke a stock corvette and a mustang. im a technician myself so thats how i know this. once again your an idiot.

Haha...I pity anyone who actually thinks that's MPH...it's pretty obviously KMH for a few reasons: 1) Notice the "280" in the very bottom left...no MPH speedo goes up to 280 MPH 2) A manual Civic will do around 30-40 mph in first gear, 60 in second, 100 in third...and if you translate all those numbers on the speedo from KMH to MPH (60KMH=36mph 100KMH=62mph 160KMH=100mph, etc) then those gear ratios make a lot more sense. Honestly, what car is going to do 0-60mph in first gear in like 2 seconds anyways?? 3) A stock honda civic has a 120-mph speedometer if I remember correctly...well either way, if you again change those numbers to MPH, then those numbers all actually fit in the right place where the numbers on the stock guages used to. 4) HONESTLY people, what car could do 0-200 mph in 11 seconds?? 1100HP twin turbo Hennessey Venoms aren't even that fast. Hell, a 1500+ HP Pro Stock dragster runs 6-7's in the 1/4 mile at a tad over 200. BUT....although this is obviously BS, it's still one fast Civic. If you look at it's 0-100kmh time (that's 0-62 mph), it's around 4 seconds (after the tires hook up...they SPIN to 100kmh in like 3 seconds). And hell, 200kmh is still 120mph. But it's still not nearly as fast as some of you idiots think. You don't need all that proof that I just listed to realize it's not mph. It's called "common sense" people....

That is fake because if you watch it again the miles dont move.. to be goin g that fast im pretty sure you need to go at least a mile
