Turning the TV sound and resting the cam on a steady surface perhaps?

Howdy, i uploaded the video, i have no idea how to capture video with a cam era, perhaps you could explain, i only have a digital camera with video re corder that can record about 3mins of video... any advice would be grea tly appreciated. thanks dude
