Calm down bro. I want you to take a second and go back to my post. Where do you see me call you a douche or punk ass which you are so quick to call me? Where do you see me bashing you? You can call me a ricer all you want. I'm not going to sit here and argue with you about it. If you would like I will gladly point you in the direction of my videos once my build is done, and I will let the car decide :). I knew the rating on the GT35r because I have one going on my car. All I did was quite respectfully respond to your comments. Where you take no time to jump down any ones throat that dares to say anything to you. I don't agree with fusions "your comment=fail". I believe that he set the tone for the argument, but was he out right bashing you? Not IMO. Was he uninformed? Yes. Where do you see comments like that in my post though. You said that it was impossible for an SR20 to run with 9 second DR Mustangs. This may be so if the SR20 has to run DR's also and has to be NA, but where do you say that. With a properly built motor, of course a big turbo because NA there is no way, NOS, and some slicks then why not? You also took my comment the wrong way in reference to the streetable Mustangs. This is my fault because I didn't elaborate. What I meant as far as streetability were details such as interior, fuel economy, and driveability. Part of the reason for that comment was the fact that in your comment you used a gutted, slicks for tires, and nitrous fed mustang as an example of one of your 10 sec mustangs. I never argued the fact that it takes more money to make a 4cyl run like that either. Trust me I know first hand how much money it takes. Speaking of which I thought your pricing of the SR20 pistons sounded pretty crazy. I don't know SR20 parts pricing, but I know that my pistons weren't near that much. So before criticizing my research skills, maybe you should brush up on yours. I am staring at a set(4) of pistons for an SR20 motor at $491.24. I am no master mechanic/car know-it-all nor have I claimed to be. This is my second post in which I have respectfully responded to you. I really have no problem with you and I apologize if my last comment offended you. I just felt that your argument was a little biased and like I stated I just didn't feel it was right to overlook the potential of a well built 4cyl. NOT how much money it took to get there. I agree that ricers will argue anything, but I am DONE. If you can not return my post with the same respect that I have given you than this will be my last post here.

my sr20 in my s13 coupe only has 253hp and walks all over new and old mustang gt's. a 300hp s13 sr20 or ka can walk corvettes.

just to drive it home...a forged crank for sr20 is how much? $2,300 on-linepistons, rods, etc.about another $1,600NEARLY $4,000!!!You could buy a 400hp v8 crate motor for that!THE SR STILL NEEDS A TURBO KIT, ETC, ETC.Why is it so hard to understand that one is more economical than the other,due to popularity. Mustangs and other v8 s have been modified much longer than nissans. I never doubted the sr20, or the KA24, THAT MOST RICERS TRASH.Point is you have to spend $$$ to make one as fast as a cheaper, less refined V8. Not saying one is better, one just cost 3 x as much to go as fast as the other. Don't believe me?Then you do the math, I was unable to find 4 sr20 pistons cheaper than 1k, funny you could get 8 forged pistons for a mustang for that cost.WHY?

Douche, did you even read the previous comments? My sr friend say that no one can build a 10 second mustang cheap. I explained how and he said it was because I'm a parts dealer. And how streetable would your two 10 second mustangs be 945671? So every person that drives one of these high horsepower mustangs built and tuned them themselves?? Since when is it a requirement to be a proffessional engine builder and know everything about cars to own a fast one. So all these high hp mustang owners that paid shops to do work for them are ricers too???? It might have taken more money, but at least the 4cyl prob still has full interior, AC, and is still a fairly economical street car. It's whatever floats your boat. No need to bash anybody because they like something other than you. I don't have a problem with V8's nor domestics. You can't argue with pure displacement. It's power. . . I like it. I own a Dodge Neon SRT-4 hence the love for domestics, and I hate ricers just as much as anyone else but I think it's wrong to overlook the potential of a well built turbocharged 4cyl. If you aren't aware there is a Neon SRT-4 in the high 7's now and I believe well built talon's have been running 8's and such for a while so you go convince those guys that it isn't possible. Fusion you are wrong about the horsepower capabilities of the GT35 also. 420-500hp is GT30 range. GT35 can flow up to 630hp as long as the motor can handle it.
