well for 1 the ls1 is roughly 40kg's lighter then the rb because its an aluminium alloy block unlike the cast iron block of the rb's, and this car was putting out a reliable 380rwkw at the wheels, but now it has been given a transplant 2 a ls2tt which is putting out 500rwkw... soo why not do it?

wtf??? either way why would you put an american built engine in a beautiful top of the line nissan??? more power??? i dont think so...i bet if they spent the money building that rb instead of swapping an engine it wouldve been just as good if not better, maybe its the weight of the ls1 or the crave for an all aluminum block??? all i have to say is if its not broke dont try and fix it, and btw AE92 that guy e-brake drifting isnt that bad because he was actually pulling off good lines at decent speeds...id like to see some videos of ur ((ae92) which i may add sounds like a ff corrolla chasis) pulling off feint or kansei drifts

Stupid stuff? The GTOs have dominated formula D racing ever since they were let in to the competition. How does the AWD setup of the GTR allow for more power to rear wheels than the dedicated RWD Goat? You're the stupid one, kid. You don't know what you're talking about.

this dude stupid, the car might handle better than the gto.plus the gtr setup is more power to the rear wheels.so it can be a good drift car plus he could made it rear wheel.so stop saying stupid stuff.

...Why not? Dare to be Different, man! and seriously, with all these people out there claiming to put RB26's in American or Euro cars (damn you, Tokyo Drift!), a little table-turning is in order, I believe.

Why? It's gotta be cheaper to just buy an LS2 GTO and slap a turbo or blower on that. Plus RWD is much better for drifting than AWD.

Just doesn't make sense.

Turbo LS1 doesn't sound too bad through a fart can.

E-brake enduced drifting is as basic as it gets. Anyone can do that, i'd rather watch some feint drifting.
